Directions to the Festival:

Ride-Share Drop-Off Points:
For those arriving via Uber/Lyft, please direct your driver to the Gaillard Center’s main entrance on George Street for convenient drop-off.
Parking Information:
Parking is available in the City of Charleston Garage adjacent to the facility at 33 Alexander St, as well as the City of Charleston Garage near the Aquarium located at 24 Calhoun St.
Retrieving Your E-Ticket(s):
Mobile tickets can be sent as a text message and downloaded to your Apple or Google Wallet. If you select E-Tickets, you will be able to access a QR code directly from your phone. Review the Gaillard Center’s mobile ticket guide here.

Purchasing Tickets at the Festival:
The only authorized ticket sales for the Lowcountry Jazz Festival are the Charleston Gaillard Center’s Ticket Office, in person at 95 Calhoun Street, over the phone at (843) 242-3099, or on their website at gaillardcenter.org. Tickets purchased from unauthorized or third party ticket sellers may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid and may not be honored. Tickets purchased from outside sources are often inflated in price and are not eligible for assistance if tickets are ever lost or stolen or if the event is canceled or rescheduled. The Charleston Gaillard Center is not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources.
Accessibility Information:
Sensory Bags can be checked out at the Ticket Office prior to the performance. Transport wheelchairs are available upon request. For additional assistance during the festival, please reach out to a member of our Usher or House Management Team.
