Refund Policy

All ticket sales for the Lowcountry Jazz Festival are final, with no refunds or exchanges available. We’re not able to replace lost or stolen tickets, so please keep them safe.

Photo Policy

Attendees entering the festival agree to potentially being photographed or filmed, with the festival holding the right to use such media without compensation across various platforms.

Concessions

Beverages will be available for purchase in the Gaillard Center’s Martha & John M. Rivers Performance Hall and Café 95. Patrons 21 years of age wishing to consume alcohol should be prepared to present a valid I.D.

CASHLESS:

All food and beverage purchases are cashless. The Gaillard Center will accept credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay mobile payments at the bar. The Ticket Office will continue to accept cash.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

The Gaillard Center allows handbags and purses in the Martha & John M. Rivers Performance Hall. They conduct bag searches, personal searches, and metal detector wanding. Prohibited items include weapons of any kind (including pocket knives and firearms), projectiles, and illegal substances.
